Hooks are plastic, the box for Mail is very shallow. Ordered earlier from another store a similar housekeeper. There the hooks were aluminum, and a box of larger sizes. Unfortunately, that store is no longer on Ali. Slightly disappointed, but in general, there are no complaints.
